#9 HYPOTHESIS
If Don Anselmo be the narrator, the story will told in a different way, may be in Spanish, because he is Spain. If he is the narrator we will not know his name is Don Anselmo, and it will tell more about Don Anselmo. And we don't know the reason why he sell his land and house the the Americans.
